Saturday July 1 - Nerja

We spent most of the morning at the beach.  The surf was brisk and a little rough.  Josh had a grand time in the ocean.  And Jessica went in as well.  Mary ended up getting 2 splinters in her foot.  One she got out, but one still in.  So, she was limping a lot.

Some photos around Nerja.  The shoreline and the promenade along the water was especially lovely.

We had dinner on our balcony overlooking the Mediterranean.   Then we took a walk along the promenade.

Some postcards of sunsets in Nerja. We weren't fortunate enough to have such a colorful sunset while here.

There was a bar with dancing and a delightful band right outside our window that played until 3am.  And it was so hot, that we had to leave the windows open.  Not much sleep that night.

Note that in Seville the hamburger was more like meat loaf, and in Nerja the hamburger was advertised as having no pork.  Different cultures, different foods.  All good.
