We then went to the Columbus Monument at the foot of Las Ramblas.
We took the small 4-person elevator to the top. Very narrow platform, just wide enough for one person so we had to single file it around the platform back to the elevator. But great views.

Went to the beach to cool off. Water felt good but the beach was rocky.
